The Musicians at Play (MAP) Foundation successfully launched the Civic Orchestra of Los Angeles with a triumphant inaugural concert on April 28th at the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles. Under the direction of Conductor and Music Director Anthony Parnther, this new Los Angeles-based 70-member orchestra fulfilled its mission of providing world-class training and performance opportunities for young professional musicians in Southern California.
